Depending on the charter type, additional items might be included — for example, sunset tours come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and hors d'oeuvres, while business charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your booking, it's advised to reserve 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier from May–September due to higher demand. For corporate gatherings or private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended for better availability and customization time.
What is the procedure for inclement weather?
Our utmost concern is your safety. If the captain deems the weather unsafe, we will propose an alternate date or issue a full refund. Our team closely tracks weather predictions and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the weather forecast raises concerns.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring along your own meals and drinks. Nevertheless, we can provide outstanding catering services tailored to your preferences. Keep in mind that for safety purposes, bringing glassware onboard is prohibited.

What is the policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund is provided. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure will be refunded 50%. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before departure is not eligible for a refund, except if it's due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our part.
