3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht charter, you are required to:

  • Have a minimum age of 18 years
  • Submit accurate and forthright information
  • Remit the stipulated deposit as highlighted in your reservation confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

A reservation is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued a written acknowledgment. We hold the discretion to deny service to any person.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon boat accessibility and appropriate weather conditions. We will strive to fulfill your preferred dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charges are listed in £ and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A sum equal to 50% of the entire cost of the charter, payable at the time of booking
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the charter
  • Incidental charges (if any): Due upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Secure, encrypted channels are employed for payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: Total refund excluding processing fees
  • If cancelled 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather conditions be deemed hazardous by our captain, we will suggest:

  • Rescheduling the charter to a new suitable date free of additional charges
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case there is a mechanical malfunction with the designated vessel, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate replacement. A complete refund will be granted if an alternative is unobtainable.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

  • Adhere to all commands from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as mandated
  • Report any medical conditions influencing their safety
  • Keep to the assigned areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

  • Containers made of glass

  • Weapons of any kind

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. We hold the right to end a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's demeanour is a safety hazard or disturbs other guests.

  • Theft or damage to personal effects
  • Notional, consequential, or punitive damages
